We provide you with immediate access to your Bank, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You now keep in touch with your family, friends and your Bank at your fingertips.

After registering for this service, you can get up-to-the-minute Bank account / Credit Card information through an SMS - anytime, anywhere**. This service is FREE* of charge.

Once you receive the Welcome Message on your mobile phone, you need to activate your SMS Banking PIN in order to start using the service.

How to activateHow to use the serviceSMS Service CodesTo start using SMS Banking:

Type RG, give a space, then type a 4 digit PIN of your choice
Send to 722
For example, if you select 1234 as your 4 digit PIN code, send RG 1234 to 722

To use any of our SMS Banking services –>
Just type the required Service Code, give a space and type your 4 digit SMS Banking PIN Send to 722For example: AB 1234
For multiple Bank Accounts/Credit Cards -
If you have more than one bank account or Credit Card registered with your mobile number on SMS Banking then the system assigns an alphabetical tag to each of them.
For example: ‘a’, ‘b’, ‘c’, etc.

In such a case, to access a particular account / Credit Card information, after type the service code and your PIN then give a space and type -
‘A’ for first account/Credit Card,
‘B’ for second account/Credit Card or
‘C’ for third account/Credit Card and so on.
For example: MS 4534 B

Cash Deposit Machine

Your dealings in cash are set to become a cakewalk. The Cash Deposit Machine (CDM) is a self-service terminal that lets you make deposits and payment transactions by cash.

All successful transactions are immediately credited and customers will be issued an advice slip confirming the transaction. To use the CDM, customers need to have either his/her Standard Chartered Bank Card (ATM or Credit Card) or know his/her card number (ATM or Credit card).

Inter Bank Fund Transfer (IBFT) facility is available on Standard Chartered ATMs which allows you to transfer funds from your Standard Chartered Bank savings or current account to an account in any other Participating Bank
The maximum transfer limit per day is PKR 250,000* and the funds will be transfered instantly upon confirmation of a successful transaction. This service comes to you absolutely free of charge.

Now you can pay your Utility and Mobile bills 24x7 through any of Standard Chartered’s 200+ ATMs. Just visit your nearest SCB ATM, select the bill payments option and pay your utility/mobile bills instantly! This service is free of cost.

Utility Bills
Enter the consumer/account number of the utility and your bill will be presented to you. The billed amount will be instantly debited from your account and you will get a receipt as a payment confirmation.
Mobile Bills
Enter your mobile number and pay your bill instantly from your bank account, both post-paid and pre-paid customers can use this service

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. What is a TPIN?
Your Telephone Personal Identification Number (TPIN) is your electronic signature. Your TPIN is your identification for Phone Banking services and therefore should remain confidential. Please do not share it with anyone. If you think someone has discovered your TPIN, change it immediately.

Q. What if I lose my TPIN?
Call SCB Phone Banking services at 111-002-002 OR 0800-44444 and report the incident immediately. The Phone Banking Officer will help you generate a new TPIN.

Q. I have lost my card. What do I need to do now?
Call SCB Phone Banking immediately to have your lost card reported and blocked. We will take a request for your new or replaced card.

Q. If I have blocked my card, can it be unblocked?
If the card is blocked due to non-payment then you have to first clear your dues then you can unblock your card.

Q. Can I access account services on self service banking?
Yes. After TPIN verification on the self service banking, you can access all your accounts.

Q. Can I make Credit Card payments through self service banking?
Yes, you can make Credit Card payments directly from the self service banking. You can make minimum, full or your choice of payment instantly through self service banking.

Q. If I make a payment through self service banking will it reflect on my account immediately?
All transactions that are made through self service banking are instant except for payment transactions. Cheque payments are posted to your account within 3 days.
